Private Soccer Lessons

The Soccer Academy© provides high-level private soccer instruction in the region of southern California for players between the ages of six (6) and sixteen (16). Through these privately-oriented and specially-designed lessons, players can improve their skills dramatically.

Ages:  Boys and Girls ages six (6) to sixteen (16)

Basics:  Lessons focus on perfecting basic skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, trapping and heading, but with an emphasis on professionally-oriented drills and at a competitively-oriented pace.

Specialized:Lessons can also be specialized and advanced to focus on drills in the following areas:

• Volley shots and volley passing (laces)
• First-time passing / First-time play
• Turn-and-go / Turn-and-shoot
• Power shooting and masterful finishing
• Turn-and-go trapping thigh, foot, chest
• Flexibility and agility drills / Brazilian rhythm drills
• Defender's "head-aways" and "clear-aways"
• Diving headers
• Guide-and-direct drills with one time passing in the air, joined with rhythm up and down the playing field
• Soccer-oriented strength and conditioning drills (as designed in the Italian Serie A)
